What is your turnaround time?

Your media will be delivered within 24-48 hours or less.

How do I download my listing media?

You can download all your media from the download page in your Roombiance account. You’ll also receive a completion email with a link once your order is ready.
Please note: payment is required before downloading.

The Unlimited package delivers multiple angles of every room, making sure every detail is covered.
 

No more follow-up questions like “Do you have another angle of the kitchen?” or “Is there a clearer view of the backyard?” You’ll have a full set of images from every perspective—because we’d rather give you more than you need, not less.

I’d like to book you for a shoot, how do I do that?

The easiest way to book our services is to click Book Now »,   select your services, and schedule directly online.

 

If you have questions or would like us to prepare an estimate, our preferred method of communication is text message.

Please email us at hello@roombiance.com as soon as possible, and we’ll help you out! If a shoot is canceled or not ready upon our arrival, a fee will apply. You can also reschedule online under your account Login, if it’s more than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
